For missing or unexpected departures, check the station, line and direction, then refresh while online. Timetables describe scheduled services; check official operator information for disruptions.
If the app reports that its timetable or departures are unavailable, open Time to Board with an internet connection and refresh. If a widget appears out of date, open the app, check your saved service and allow iOS time to update the widget.

Service limitations and your rights
Live predictions, vehicle positions and disruption information may be delayed or unavailable. Scheduled departures are labelled and do not guarantee that a service will run. Widgets and Live Activities update when iOS and the network allow. Check official operator information when a disruption affects your journey.
Nothing in this information excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For a problem with Time to Board, contact us using the address below.
Accessibility
Time to Board does not claim independent accessibility certification. We welcome reports of barriers and use them to improve the app.
Time to Board includes larger text, contrast and reduced-motion options, plus stop search and a simpler departure board as alternatives to the map. Find these in Display & accessibility. If a feature prevents you from using the app, email us with the screen, task and assistive technology involved so we can investigate. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

During beta testing, you can also send feedback through TestFlight. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app build, stop, line, direction and the time of the issue. Avoid including personal information in screenshots.
