Set up your next departure.

Time to Board requires iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Public testing is coming soon; these instructions describe the current app and do not imply that a public download is available.

Save a service

1. Search for your stop or browse the map in Time to Board.
2. Choose the line and direction you travel.
3. Add the service to your board. Check that the station or stop and direction match your journey.

Nearby search requests location only after you tap. You can also search manually without granting location access. Read how location and saved selections are handled.

Add a Home Screen widget

1. Touch and hold the Home Screen, then choose Edit and Add Widget.
2. Search for Time to Board and choose a small or medium widget.
3. Touch and hold the added widget, choose Edit Widget and select your saved service.

Add a Lock Screen widget

Touch and hold the Lock Screen, choose Customise, select the Lock Screen and tap the widget area. Add Time to Board and choose your saved service in its configuration.

Enable a commute Live Activity

Open Commute schedule in Time to Board. Choose a service, travel days and start and end times, then enable the schedule. Allow Live Activities when prompted. Open the app online at least once every 30 days to renew the schedule.
