Time to Board.

When a departure needs a refresh.

A widget looks out of date

  1. Open Time to Board while connected to the internet.
  2. Check the saved stop, line and direction, then refresh departures.
  3. Check that the widget is configured for that saved service.
  4. Allow iOS time to refresh the widget. Updates are controlled by iOS and are not guaranteed to appear immediately.

No departures appear

Check whether the selected service operates at the requested time. If Time to Board reports that its timetable or departures are unavailable, refresh while online. A feed failure can prevent new live predictions; scheduled information is labelled separately.

A commute Live Activity has not appeared

Check that the commute schedule is enabled, that today is selected and that the current time falls inside its travel window. Check Live Activity permission in iOS Settings. Open Time to Board online to renew the schedule; server schedules expire after 30 days without renewal. Network conditions and iOS delivery can delay an activity.

A service is disrupted

Check official operator information. A scheduled departure is not a guarantee that the service will run, and a missing alert does not prove there are no disruptions. Read the coverage and data limitations.
